How We Keep All Guests Happy

Rates: Our rate is $125 per night inclusive of all taxes & fees. This rate remains the same throughout the year, even during Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, and holidays. This simplifies our pricing, doesn’t it?

Deposits: 50% deposit of your total stay is required to reserve your suite with the balance due upon check- in for most bookings. Any special event bookings such as Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Mardi Gras, holidays, etc. require total payment in advance to reserve your suite.

Minimum Stay:  A minimum two night stay is standard but may be longer for special events and holidays.

Cancellations: All standard reservation cancellations must be made in writing two weeks in advance of your reservation by mail or e-mail. Deposit refunds will be sent via check to your reservation information address on file with a $30 deduction for a handling fee. All special events, festivals & holiday reservations require the same cancellation notice two weeks in advance in writing, but only (50%) of the monies will be refunded. No refunds are given for early check out.

Check In/ Check Out: Standard check in time is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00 am. Sometimes travel arrangements and flight times are difficult to control so just let us know so we can work with you.
